
About Me
Education
I completed my Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology at Loyola University Chicago, USA, and my Master of Science Degree in Clinical and Health Psychology at the University of Zürich, followed by a four-year psychotherapy education in behavioral therapy and method integration at the “Akademie für Verhaltenstherapie und Methodenintegration” (AIM). In order to stay up to date with the latest advances in my field, I regularly attend seminars and participate in ongoing professional education.
Accreditation
My professional qualifications are accredited by the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health and I am licensed by the Department of Public Health for the Canton of Zug.
Memberships
I am a member of the Swiss Federation of Psychologists (FSP) and the Association of Behavioral Modification Switzerland (AVM).
Experience
My professional experience includes therapeutic work in an in-patient psychiatric hospital (2014) as well as a private psychiatric practice (2015 - 2020).
I was born in Croatia, raised in Germany and am Swiss by marriage. Having lived an expat life with my family for 14 years, I can relate to the benefits and additional challenges that come with an expat life. I am married with two grown-up children.
